Necklace DIY: beads

my friend Amber had on this adorable necklace the other day and I wanted one soooo bad.
I set out to find beads to make my own... unfortunately I am in Grenada.
but I was was mostly successful!
the selection and colors was very, very limited, but I found a few that I thought looked good together.

this necklace is easy peasy.
it is 4 individual strands tied together and then all tied to the main strand.
& I used the big wooded bead to cover up my knots :)

thanks Amber for the inspiration!

I love this necklace! I have been inspired lately by some many friends/ bloggers making their own jewelry! Jewelry is something I love but can be very pricey. Can you give me a few more details of how you made this necklace?!

Thanks in advance,
