Grenada Home:
August 2010 - December 2011

I live in Grenada (a 3rd world country)
in a concrete house
with about 300 sq ft
I moved here with two suitcases of clothes and necessities.
and here's my house

 Wall over the kitchen table.

wall art done with electrical tape and paint samples. I blogged about it here

books!

this big wooden fork looking thing used to be a spindle on a balcony.
I found it at an abandoned resort... and I carried it home.

basket found in the trash turned lampshade!

beach finds.

purple fridge courtesy of contact paper from the dollar tree.
and  art by me.

words over the stove.

 over our bed.
picture printed out on computer paper in the school library for free.

so true.

I've been hopping around your blog and I'm impressed with your creativity. I have visited Grenada before..by way of Barbados. Wish I was there instead of enduring a snow storm in Maine :(
Congrats on your FTLOB feature today!
